Scholarships

Chancellor's Scholarship

  1. The Chancellor's Scholarship is awarded only in the first  semester and is limited to up to ten students in each academic year.

  2. Only newly admitted full-time students on undergraduate programmes may apply.

  3. The scholarship covers up to 100% of the tuition fees.

  4. The scholarship does not cover the registration fee, textbook fees or fees paid to an external partner for dual award programmes and other charges.

  5. Undergraduate applicants must achieve a minimum cumulative average of 95% in the last year of their secondary education with IELTS 6 academic, or equivalent.

  6. Postgraduate applicants must achieve a minimum CGPA of 3.8/4.0 with IELTS 7 academic at their bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.

  7. Applicants are also expected to demonstrate outstanding personal qualities and the ability to contribute to the college and community.

  8. Students who are awarded the Chancellor’s Scholarship must sustain an excellent academic standing (minimum CGPA of 3.8) throughout their study at CVC to maintain their entitlement for the scholarship.

Financial Aid Scheme

  1. The financial aid scheme is open for new and returning students with limited financial resources.

  2. Application forms are available at the Admissions and Registration Office. Completed application forms must be submitted, with the required supporting documents by the deadline announced prior to the registration starting date for the particular semester.

  3. New students must meet the minimum requirement for admission to the programme of choice.

  4. Returning students must maintain a good academic standing.

  5. The financial aid is granted for one academic year and shall be reviewed on a yearly basis.

International Students

​If you’re travelling from overseas, our International Student Study Package includes a host of exclusive discounts and benefits designed to help make that important move as smooth and easy as possible.

​Who can enroll for the International Student Study Package?

International students are eligible to apply if they meet the below requirements:


Eligibility:

​

  • New or a current overseas students enrolling on full-time undergraduate programmes of a minimum duration of one year.

  • Staying at EAC on-campus accommodation for the full study period.


Benefits:

​

  • 5% discount on programme fees for the full study period.

  • One free return Economy Class ticket on Nova Airlines per year (from the home country to Accra).

  • Waiver of the EAC registration fee.

  • Waiver of the EAC visa administration fee.
